Airlock Digital is excited to announce the general availability of Airlock v5.3.3 and v5.2.7 (Long-Term Support). These releases are maintenance releases that improve the product's overall security reliability and add a number of usability improvements, key highlights of v5.3.3 include:

  • Allowlists & Blocklists Search
  • Linux and macOS File Path Search fixes
  • File enqueue processing and handling improvements
  • REST API Updates
  • Publisher "friendly name" support for Windows Store Applications
  • Additional Windows 11 and macOS Baselines
  • Significantly improved reliability of Windows Enforcement Agent upgrades

Airlock v5.2.7 is released as part of our product's Long Term Servicing (LTS) branch, which prioritizes stability and bug fixes. This enables us to deliver the most stable product possible to our customers, with a predictable product update life cycle through to August 2025. 

Notably these releases include a critical security update CVE-2024-45409 for customers utilising SAML authentication. Customers who have not yet remediated this issue based on our previously issued guidance here, can now do so via upgrading to the newly announced product releases.

Customers utilising the Airlock Cloud Hosted solution can request an upgrade anytime from support and on-premise customers can download the new update from the Customer Portal.
